PetHealthSupply.com is operated from the United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order if stock runs out, a price is wrong, payment isn’t received within 3 days or a prescription can’t be verified.
3. Prescription products
Prescription products are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian and ship to UK addresses only. See how prescriptions work.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges appear at checkout. We dispatch once payment is received.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. International customers are responsible for import duties.
6. Returns
Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms.
7. Product information
Product information is for general guidance and isn’t a substitute for veterinary advice.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order.
