Track your order

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. You’ll find your order number in your confirmation email.

You can track your order at any time using the form below. It shows whether we’re waiting for payment or a vet’s approval, or whether your parcel is on its way.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Orders move through a few simple stages. On hold means we’re waiting for your payment. Processing means payment has arrived and we’re preparing your order. Completed means your parcel has shipped and the tracking number is in your email. If an order has been on hold for more than two days, check your inbox for our payment email or contact us.

How to track your order

  1. Find your order number in your confirmation email.
  2. Enter it with your billing email above and press Track.

Once your parcel ships, you’ll also get a carrier tracking number to follow on the carrier’s website. Read more about delivery times.
